What is an online session guitar?

An online session service is a great option when you have limited time, budget, or resources but still need professional results. Recording in a high-end studio is becoming less and less common among producers, singers, and musicians, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting the guitar recordings you need.

How does it work?

I believe a few key factors are essential to deliver a high-quality guitar session: understanding, experience, communication, gear, and creative freedom.

Just send me your track or project along with any guitar ideas you may have (whether detailed or vague). You send me the track in its current state.

I record my parts using a huge collection of guitars, amps, effects, and microphones. I’ll send you a rough stereo mix of everything I’ve recorded so you can check it out. Once you’re happy, I upload the individual audio files and send you a download link.

You then have full control over how to mix and edit them. Throughout the whole process, I offer up to three revisions of the recordings, all included in the original agreed price.

Understanding

I always start with a detailed analysis of your project to make sure I can create exactly what you’re looking for. My main goal during this phase is to pinpoint precisely what you want to achieve.

Experience

Years of experience playing different genres and instruments with numerous national and international artists (both live and in the studio) have given me mastery over a huge range of styles and sounds. We’re not limited in any way. My sessions are all about exploring what feels right for your song.

Communication

We stay in constant contact throughout the entire process. I love experimenting with ideas and sounds as I work to make sure I stay on the right track and that you’re happy with the direction I’m taking. I’ll also suggest my own arrangement ideas and artistic interpretations.

Quality

Quality is not compromised just because you’re not in a famous or prestigious recording studio.

In my setup I use the very best digital and analog gear, custom microphone sets for both acoustic and electric instruments, many different amplifiers, a large collection of electric, acoustic, and boutique guitars, plus instruments like bouzouki, lap steel, Cuban tres, charango, and mandolin.

What do you get?

In short, you get custom, high-quality guitar tracks.

You get them quickly and on a reasonable budget.
